At Cotton by Rudhera, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Returns

  • As a made-to-order brand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. We make each outfit exactly as per the order details provided by the customer. Therefore, we request you to recheck your size using our size chart before placing your order.

2. Damaged Products

  • We accept exchanges, returns, or refunds only in cases of wrong product delivery.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@cottonbyrudhera.com with your order details

  2. Share clear images of the product (if damaged/defective)

  3. Our team will review and approve your request

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or wrong item:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide images/video proof

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items

  • Subject to stock availability

7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
